Both new and existing clients of our practice can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect.
When you arrive for your appointment, a member of our team will confirm the reason for your visit, update your personal information and obtain a thorough history of your current concerns. If appropriate, your pet will be weighed before your appointment begins. If this is your first visit, we hope we can obtain a photo of your pet for their health record.
After the history data is gathered, your scheduled doctor will greet you and your pet next in one of our exam rooms. A complete history is reexamined, a comprehensive examination will be performed addressing your concerns, and any questions will be addressed. This will be followed up with either a Wellness Program Plan, or diagnostics and treatments protocols as deemed necessary, depending on the reason for your visit. One of our staff members will then assist with any further diagnostic testing requirements, medication or dietary instructions, general questions, handling of billing and scheduling of any needed follow-up appointments.
Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. Please be assured, your pet will receive the same thorough care and consideration as the previous patient. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
